What is the Word Cloud report?

This report shows you the words that have been mentioned most often in your surveys' verbatim questions, for your currently selected date range and any filters you have applied.

How do I access this report?

This screen can be reached by hovering on ‘Verbatim’ in the side menu, and choosing 'Word Cloud' from the options that appear:

What information does this report give me?

This screen shows you the words that have been most commonly mentioned across all of your surveys' verbatim questions.

The size of the word indicates how many mentions it has received, so a larger word means it has been said more often.

As mentioned, this screen is filter-responsive so you can use your filters if you would like to drill down further into the data (e.g. a particular survey or team).

If you would like to export the word cloud or print the page, this can be achieved via the 'Actions' button at the top right of the page:
