Each template provides the following options as standard:

• Your logo.
• Use the ServiceTick logo – some clients choose this option to leverage the credibility of a third party, increasing customer confidence in how their data/comments will be used.
• Show a progress bar – for surveys of more than one page.

Template Lucid

Primary purpose: ideal if you want your survey on a white background colour

Template Impact

Primary purpose: ideal if you want your survey on a solid colour background.

Template Pictorial

Primary purpose: ideal if you want to add your own background image

Template Spartan

Primary purpose: ideal if you want a simplified, clean design with minimum colour.

Template Duo

Primary purpose: ideal if you want a two-column approach to allow more questions before scrolling.

Template Jazz

Primary purpose: ideal if you want an entrance animation on questions to give focus/prominence.
