What is the Adept N/A Reasons report?
The Adept N/A Reasons report allows you to see why a customer did not want to receive a survey. This report is specifically for clients that use the Adept feature to initiate surveys. N/A reasons are collected at the end of the Adept process
How to access to the Adept N/A Reasons report
Click on the "Insights" link in the primary navigation and then click on "Adept N/A Reasons" box.
The Adept N/A Reasons report explained
- Total count
This shows the number customers that did not want to participate in an Adept driven survey over the date range specified.
- Data table
Each row in this table shows why a customer declined to participate in a survey. It also lists the agent who spoke with the customer and the specific survey that the customer declined to participate in.
- Export table button
Clicking this button allows you to export the data shown as a CSV file.
