What is the Verbatim Mean KPI report?
The Verbatim Mean KPI report allows you to plot a mean KPI score (NPS, Effort, CSAT etc.) for all the surveys associated with a verbatim category over time.
How to access to the Verbatim Mean KPI report
Click on the "Insights" link in the primary navigation and then click on "Verbatim Mean KPI" box.
The Verbatim Mean KPI report explained
- Select Verbatim Category Group
This allows you to select which verbatim category you want to plot. Verbatim categories are defined/configured during the set up phase.
- Select Key driver
This allows you to select which key driver you want to plot. Key drivers defined/configured during the set up phase.
This plots the number of verbatim comments in each category (see point 1) with a mean KPI (see point 2) over the date range specified.
- Data table
Each row shows the the verbatim categories you have selected (see point 1). The columns show the number of comments in that verbatim category, the key driver score for that category and the severity level.
The severity level is calculated based on number of comments vs key driver score.
- Export table and Export buttons
Clicking these buttons allow you to export the data shown. The table is provided in CSV format and the graph is provide in JPEG format
