What is the Response list report?
The response list shows you the individual survey responses that your customers have given to your surveys.
How to access the Response list report
Click on the “Responses” link in the primary navigation.
The Response list report explained
- Total Responses count
This shows the number of customers that have left a survey response (i.e. answered at least one question in a survey). The count in brackets shows the number of surveys in progress.
- Survey name
This column shows the name of the survey the response relates to. Each row in this table is a response from an individual customer.
This column shows the name of the colleague/agent an IVR response relates to or lists the Email address of the customer who received the related Email survey.
This column shows the date and time the response was received. The icon indicates whether the survey is currently being completed by the customer.
- Customisable columns
Other columns may be shown here depending on your requirements/configuration.
This column indicates whether the response includes a verbatim response.
This column indicates whether the response triggered an alert. Notification emails are sent to relevant colleagues when alerts are triggered. Alerts are triggered based on how customers have responded to questions (for example, an alert may be triggered if a customer responds negatively to a question). Alert conditions are agreed during set up.
