What is the Alerts Summary report?
The Alerts Summary report shows how many alerts have been triggered for the date range/filters specified.
How to access the Alerts Summary report
Click on the "Alerts" link in the primary navigation.
The Alerts Summary report explained
- Data table
This table shows details of each alert that has triggered over the date range specified. Each row is an individual alert. The columns are as follows:
- Alert: the name of the alert that has been triggered.
- Survey: the name of the survey that is associated to the triggered alert.
- Date/Time: the date and time the alert was sent.
- Actioned: indicates whether the alert has been dealt with (see the Individual response report for more details).
The Export button creates a CSV file of relevant alert data. You can download this file once requested in the My Exports section.
- "View" buttons
Clicking "View" will take you to the Individual Response report associated with that alert.
